Campaign builder can be accessed from the main menu.
From the start screen the user will be presented with the previously created and saved campaigns. The user will then have the following options,
- Export Campaign (csv, json or Facebook) to be used in external marketing activities
- Edit Campaign
- Delete Campaign
By clicking create campaign the user will be guided through a wizard to create the perfect audience for their campaign. It contains three main steps,
1. Type of campaign
2. Customer segments selection
3. Selection of export format
Type of campaign
The initial step will be to select the type of campaign to be created, the following options are available,
Standard campaign - After creation the user will be able to download the campaign that will hold the customer audience to target along with the recommended products to promote.
Email campaign - The created campaign will include target audience and recommended products to promote.
Facebook campaign - The created campaign will be available for download in Facebook format and include a customer audience to target along with recommended products to promote
Customer segments selection
Select the RFM-segment to be targeted. Please note that the user will have the ability to select as many segments as needed for the campaign. For more information about RFM, please visit our blog.
Select the AOV-segments to be targeted. Please note that the user will have the ability to select as many segments as needed for the campaign.
Select the region/location to be targeted. Please note that not selecting any region is equal to selecting all regions. This means that all customers from the previous selected segments will be included in the target audience for the campaign.
Selection of export format
For each segment that is added to the campaign the size of the segment will be re-calculated, and displayed to the user.
Once done the user will be presented with the different export options along with and a field for naming the campaign.
